Challenge:
Spirit Day is an annual LGBTQ awareness day observed on the third Thursday in October. In an effort to cultivate allies and close the gap between growing legal protections and lived LGBTQ acceptance, GLAAD leads outreach to engage the participation of individuals, celebrities, corporations, small businesses, media outlets, schools, local communities and even national landmarks.


Solution:
Work with corporate sponsors and GLAAD departments; Digital, Programs, and Communications to integrate corporate sponsors in Spirit Day programming, deliver sponsorship benefits and meet corporate sponsor goals while keeping the integrity of GLAAD. Plan and implement corporate sponsor activations with production company and create activation strategies to help meet corporate sponsors business objectives. Production of custom post analysis reporting for each corporate sponsor specifying benefits, activations, and KPI’s delivered from Spirit Day.
